The Scout Group was formed in order to meet the growing demand for absentee homeowner services. A former resident of Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island, Susan Branchini was often called upon to supervise a variety of tasks for friends’ and neighbors’ second homes. That client base has grown by maintaining positive, long-term relationships within the architecture, building and real estate communities.
Susan Branchini is the Owner and Director of Operations for The Scout Group.
Susan was born in Charleston, SC and, although her family relocated to the Washington, DC suburbs where she spent her school years, Susan credits her love for the Lowcountry to long annual vacations on the Isle of Palms. A graduate of the University of Colorado, Susan put her architecture and landscape architecture degrees to work and gained over a decade of experience designing and managing architectural construction projects. This experience taught her the value of efficiency, relationship building and attention to detail, pillars on which The Scout Group is founded.
After losing her husband to cancer (Fall 2015), Susan spends her free time exploring Charleston’s sites with her son, entertaining friends and family, and taking advantage of all the beauty that the Lowcountry has to offer.
